Prices are quoted per person per day with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
You will not be charged for cleaning. Therefore, we kindly ask that you leave the apartment in good condition.
people aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 1,35 an from 01/01/2024 of € 2,70 per person and day. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Your apartment is available after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate it by 9:30 am. We need this time to clean the apartment and make it loving for arriving guests. In case of delayed arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Smoking is not permitted in our apartments.
Our house is open all year.
For final reservations, please pay a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount of the stay within five days to the following bank account:

As a reason for payment, please indicate deposit, the surname and the period chosen. The booking of your stay will become binding upon receipt of the bank transfer. If this does not happen within five days, we reserve us the right to consider the apartment available again.
Payment of the stay
Payment is requested in advance upon delivery of the apartment in an advance bank transfer before you arrive at Toblach. You can even pay in cash before your leave. In Italy, the payment in cash is allowed only with an amount under € 1,999.00. It is not possible to pay by debit or credit card.
Reversal condition pursuant to art. 1382 C.C.
- The reservation can be canceled up to 3 months before the day of arrival at the latest without paying a cancellation fee; the paid deposit will be reimbursed minus 10% processing fees.
- In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival at the latest, we will keep the deposit paid.
- If you cancel within the last 30 days before the day of arrival, you pay 70% of the agreed total price.
- In the event of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge 100% of the booked stay.
- Booking guarantees that have already been paid are included in the cancellation fee.
- If we succeed in renting the holiday home to someone else for the entire booked period in the event of a cancellation within 3 months, we will waive the above-mentioned loss compensation and will also transfer the booking security back to you with the deduction of a processing fee of EUR 30.00.
Please inform us promptly if you are unable to come.
Travel cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance when booking your stay. The insurance covers cancellation fees, so that you can look forward to your holiday without worry.
